I am a Soviet Union child. I was born and raised in a small village of a small country – Estonia. It is my own personal journey through life that turned me into a life coach.
I moved to the UK in 2007 and spent 13+ years in the corporate world in the management and leadership roles. During this time, I informally coached many individuals from different levels of organisation, locations and cultures. This is where I knew I had a gift and passion for helping people to discover their purpose and talents.
Then, in 2022, a perfect storm of adversities hit me. This was where my own work of self-discovery began. I turned the unfortunate events into a fortunate opportunity for growth. My life transformed as a result of this work and I gained the unstoppable desire to inspire and help people achieve the results they want in their lives and I decided to become a life coach.
Besides my personal journey that led me to coaching, I am also a qualified coach.
I have completed an internationally accredited coach training program at the Animas Centre for Coaching. The course is grounded in psychology, change theory, and humanistic practice. This has equipped me to work with a range of coaching approaches at a deep level with clients. During the program, I also completed the required hours of coaching, with all proceeds donated to charity.
The course is accredited by the International Coach Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching, and is globally recognized for its rigor and high standards.
